The world has changed, momentarily at least. The leading international trade shows have cancelled their summer shows and instead are offering brands online platforms. In light of the situation we have decided to give the fashion industry the usual press event element of the season through our 4 digital platforms. Today we are featuring Molo, Ligne Noir Enfants, The Middle Daughter, and Popelin.
Scandinavian brand MOLO is synonymous with high-quality, design-driven fashion, elevating children’s and juniors’ apparel and accessories with its impeccable craftsmanship and styleconscious, contemporary aesthetics. Furthermore, Molo is a GOTS certified organic brand and with their sustainable brand DNA they continuously strive for eco-friendly solutions. Solutions such as their use of recycled polyester from post-consumer waste and their extensive use of certified organic cotton.

A “knitwear only” collection, entirely made in Italy using fine yarns. The guiding idea is to create sweaters, dress, pants and refined accessories on a relaxed, everlasting style. Classic search of style mixed with unconventional new materials. Each collection celebrates the tradition and culture of the Italian Alps: warm and soft sweaters in colors that remind us of nature, woods, flowers, lawns, mountains …. . The looks recall the past in order to create a contemporaneous poetics. All fabrics are handled expertly by Italian manufacturers, the artisanal production is entirely located in Italy, among Lombardia – Piemonte – Valle d’Aosta. LIGNE NOIRE enfants has the aim to make long-lasting clothing, that can be passed on from a generation to another and that raise pleasant feelings.
The SS21 collection starts from a trip, or rather from the trips we made going to the sea (we lived in the mountains) in the 80s, in July. We left at night, me my brother and my parents, to Abruzzo where we had a house there. This collection tries to reconstruct what was in the suitcases or at least what I imagine could have been. A set of colors and designs all ordered together, all prepared to spend the month of July at the beach, was 1982 ……
The Middle Daughter is a British girl’s wear brand. Launched in 2019 by founders with a deep root in kids fashion land. The Middle Daughter has created a love letter to the modern girl. Own developed prints are a cornerstone of the brand and combine with fashion-forward shapes and details to make for a unique proposition. The slant to create stand-out pieces is always married with the ease and comfort of the wearer. The collections are designed to fully co-ordinate thus presenting a short cut to a well edited wardrobe. Childs play at its finest. Age 2 – 14yrs
Spring Summer 21 indulges in a season of contrasts. The creation of hand painted prints, and styles with personality, sit aside the pared-back and block-coloured styles with neither upstaging the other. A multi-coloured vintage botanical print exudes a modern infectious joy. An intricate depiction of the other-worldly-ness of marine organisms inspired by the 19th century marine biologist, Ernst Haeckel, makes a splash for elegance. And the free-spirited mood of the 70’s exists in the midi-length tiered styles, shirring details and tangerine hued girls print. Exuberance may be found in pattern yet the colour-block styles speak their own tale of panache.
When a passion for art and maternal instinct came together, Popelin, a children’s clothing brand for babies and children aged 0 to 16 years, was born.Towards late 2013, inspired by her love for her children, and her experience in the arts. Each collection is unique and created based on an idea, a concept…we get our inspiration from the past and create items of clothing which are suitable for modern day living. We are true to fair trade and sustainable production and it is for this reason that our textiles and manufacturing process are 100% Spanish.
Resilience is inspired by, and dedicated to, the heroes of this global pandemic. They have been an example and have taught us to make the most of the truly essential things in life: love, togetherness, the warmth of a family. They have shown us what we really we need and the things that make us happy. Thank you for reminding the world how to appreciate the little things that grownups sometimes forget about. Now we all need to work in unison to come together, to learn and to continue growing our emotions for a better world full of happy people.
